Aims and Scope
The journal aims to elucidate general theoretical problems of state and law; theory and practice of legislation application; issues of administration, administrative law, administrative activity of law enforcement bodies; civil, labor, environmental and economic law; problems of combating crime and law enforcement activities; events and news of scientific life; reviews of legal research papers; creation and maintenance of a strong scientific platform that will interest both domestic and foreign legal scholars and practicing lawyers.
The journal is intended for scholars, officers of courts, law enforcement and other state authorities, practicing lawyers, and students majoring in law.
Program tasks:
- publication of original manuscripts on current problems of state and law;
- publication of research findings;
- advancement of professional competence of lawyers;
- dissemination of scientific knowledge and best practices in law;
- integration of domestic legal science and education into the global educational and research space;
- improvement of the methodology of teaching legal disciplines;
- promotion of modern legal knowledge;
- provision of advisory assistance to postgraduate students and persons seeking to obtain academic titles, undergraduate students, officers of law enforcement agencies, state authorities, etc.;
- intensification of the educational process in law schools.
Promising tasks:
- promotion of theoretical and applied law research in Ukraine and EU countries, scientific practical evaluation and dissemination of findings;
- extend the journal’s audience based on cooperation with scientists of Ukraine and EU countries;
- increase the number of English-language publications;
– the journal’s indexation in scientometric databases Web of Science Core Collection and/or Scopus;
- availability of the journal in the EU libraries.
